INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE RULES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

In compliance with the requirement set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR), we inform you that:

 

1. The controller of the collected personal data – i.e., the entity deciding how and for what purposes your personal data will be used – is CREATIVE HUB HUBERT MIKOS with its registered office in Krakow at ul. Paulińska 28/1, which can be contacted regarding any matters related to personal data protection at: rodo@cityteleport.fun

 

2. The collected personal data may be processed by the Controller or entities acting on its behalf (IT service providers, accounting, subcontractors, suppliers, postal operators, and other entities supporting the Controller in its business activities) – based on Article 6 of the GDPR on the basis of your consent, or in connection with the use of services offered or provided by the Controller, or due to the legitimate interest of the Controller or a third party (including for their marketing activities or market research).

 

3. The collected personal data will not be shared with other recipients than those mentioned above, unless this is based on generally applicable laws or is necessary or required to achieve the purposes mentioned above. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU and EEA and will not be processed in an automated manner as understood by Article 22 of the GDPR, including profiling.

 

4. The collected personal data will be processed for the time necessary, in particular until all rights and obligations are fulfilled and all claims arising from or related to the processed personal data are expired (e.g., tax, civil, or criminal claims).

 

5. Providing personal data to the Controller is generally voluntary, but necessary to use the Controller's services or to achieve another purpose intended by either party.

 

6. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you may request from the Controller – by submitting your request to rodo@cityteleport.fun – access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, transfer, and moreover – you have the right to object to the processing and the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time.

 

7. Furthermore, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the processing of personal data is unlawful.
